Instructional Designer

Cinecraft Productions, a global leader in custom learning solutions, is looking to add an Instructional Designer to our growing team. We’re looking for applicants to design eLearning courses using a storyboard format, as well as instructor-led materials in collaboration with our production team, following our 7 better learning principles. After the instructional designer writes the storyboard, our production team will complete the graphic design, programming, and video production.

Requirements:

  • Advanced understanding of the Instructional Design process, theory, and adult learning principles
  • Strong knowledge of ADDIE, Quality Matters or SAM model
  • Perform needs analysis and define business objectives
  • Write proper learning objectives that begin with an action verb and are measurable and specific
  • Design storyboards for eLearning and embed examples in branched scenarios
  • Design feedback for branched scenarios
  • Design instructor-led materials including facilitator and participant guides, PowerPoints, job aids and quick reference guides
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to project a professional, service-oriented, approachable attitude while working with a wide variety of people
  • Manage time related to project and budget
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs
  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools Lectora, Captivate and Articulate

Video Producer

Cinecraft Productions, a global leader in custom learning solutions, is looking to add a Video Producer/Project Manager to our growing team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong video production and project management best practices to design and develop award winning video and eLearning projects that meet our clients’ needs. We’re looking for applicants with a 4-year degree in Video Production, Film, or related field of study. The position is located in Cleveland, Ohio.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of producing videos. A solid portfolio of projects produced is required when submitting your resume for this position.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Video Production, Film, or related studies
  • 5+ Years producing videos for marketing, training, and communication purposes
  • A strong portfolio of work and ability to identify and articulate the business need, challenges, and the production process of work in your portfolio
  • A strong sense of visual design and best practices for creative video
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and customer service skills

eLearning Developer

Applicants need to have more than 3 years experience developing in Articulate Storyline and comparable authoring tools like Adobe Captivate as well as HTML, CSS, and Javascript. A solid portfolio and resume is required upon applying. Please submit to dan@cinecraft.com.
