Cinécraft Instructional Design Manager, Kim Lindsey, Elected By STC As Associate Fellow

Cleveland, Ohio – February 1, 2016 – Instructional Design Manager, Kim Lindsey, has been elected by the Society for Technical Communication (STC) as an Associate Fellow.

“Kim is an amazing instructional designer, and a passionate cheerleader for STC, as shown by her 16-plus years of volunteering and dedication. We are beyond proud,” said Dan Keckan, VP of eLearning & Instructional Design, Cinécraft.

Since 2001 Kim has served in almost every capacity for the Northeast Ohio Chapter of STC (NEO STC), from Chapter Secretary to Chapter President. She has received the NEO STC Distinguished Chapter Service Award in 2014, NEO STC Volunteer Recognition Achievement Award in 2009 and NEO STC Committee of the Year Award in 2008.

An STC Associate Fellow is a Senior Member who has been formally recognized by the Society for having attained distinction in the field of technical communication. Associate Fellows are among the stars of their profession. They usually have held multiple leadership positions, published papers, or written articles or books; they’ve given dozens of presentations and mentored those who are new to our field.

For more than 75 years, Cinécraft has been a leading resource for the creation of video and eLearning in the United States.
