Needs Analysis

First, we take a deep dive into your business challenges, your target audience, and vision for success. By aligning with your business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), we can define learning objectives and select the best learning modality to achieve success.

To make sure we’re on the right track, we conduct empathy interviews, focus groups, surveys, and on-site observations. We analyze your existing training materials and use the insights we gather to pinpoint performance gaps. Then, we present our findings—along with a custom learning strategy that outlines a path to bridge those gaps and help you achieve your goals.

It’s a lot of work up front, but trust us—it pays off with measurable results down the line!

Kick-Off Meeting

Clear communication is key to a smooth project, and it all starts with our kick-off meeting. During this call, we meet with you and your team to walk through our process and set expectations to keep everything on time, on budget, and relevant to your business goals. Following this meeting, you’ll receive a detailed project timeline and we’ll check in weekly to discuss project updates and review the timeline and deliverables.

Instructional Design / Scriptwriting

Our expert instructional designers (IDs) create a detailed design document that identifies your project’s learning objectives and outlines your content. Using this document as a guide, our IDs collaborate with you and our production team to brainstorm ideas for activities, visuals, and assessments—all built around our 7 Better Learning Principles to ensure your content is engaging and effective.

Once we have the green light on the design document, our IDs craft a detailed eLearning storyboard or video script, mapping out the narration, visuals, and user experience of the final product. We share it with you, gather your feedback, and collaborate with you to refine it until it’s just right.

Production

User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) Design

Our talented graphic designers create a moodboard with various screen layouts and scenes, bringing your brand’s look and feel into the project. This helps you visualize the final product and ensure it aligns with your brand and user experience goals.

Custom Asset Creation

Our production team gets to work creating custom assets just for you. Whether it’s filming on location or in a professional studio, recording voiceovers, or designing stunning graphics using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, you’ll get custom-made photos, videos, graphics, and animations.

eLearning Development / Video Editing

Now, the magic happens! Our skilled eLearning developers and video production team bring everything to life using industry-leading tools like:

Final Product Delivery

When everything looks and functions exactly the way you want, we wrap things up and hand over the files, including LMS packages, storyboards, and production files.
