Employees engage in some friendly competition to cap off a blended learning curriculum and review what they learned.

Business Purpose

Our client updated their global loyalty program with the goal of increasing enrollment numbers and customer service scores. To support this effort, employees had to instantly recall program details, execute standard procedures, and deliver 5-star service to guests.

Learning Strategy

To help employees memorize details about the new program and procedures, we developed a trivia game. Complete with multiple levels, points, a timer, lifelines, bonus questions, and a leaderboard, this engaging solution reviews key information and motivates employees to play again to compete for the high score.

Results
