Business Goal
Our client, a global science and technology company, instituted a culture change to improve organizational performance, attract and retain top talent, and deliver better outcomes for customers. To sustain these changes, the company needed the support of its leaders.
Learning Strategy
We developed a 10–15-minute, scenario-based course to inspire our client’s leaders to champion the changes and make decisions aligned with the new expectations. A 2D-animated video explains the “why” behind the initiative, and several realistic scenarios assess what leaders have learned. A closing video issues a call to action and directs leaders to supporting resources.
Results

- In a post-course survey:
- 90% of respondents were either “confident” or “very confident” in explaining THRIVE
- 90% of respondents were able to apply lessons from this training with their teams
- One respondent commented: “The e-learning was not only very useful with regards to its content on how we can ensure our culture change is sustainable, it was also very well made in terms of its visualization, flow and engaging language used.”
