Business Goal
An international hotel chain updated its global loyalty program to increase enrollment and improve customer service scores. To achieve this goal, our client determined that employees needed to instantly recall program details, execute standard procedures, and deliver five-star service to guests.
Learning Strategy
To help employees remember the updated program and procedures, we developed a trivia game. It features multiple levels, points, a timer, lifelines, bonus questions, and a leaderboard. The game boosts learners’ retention of loyalty-program details by motivating replay as they try to beat their high scores.
Results
Our clients reported that employees gained confidence in their knowledge and skills related to the updated program. That confidence directly translated into increased membership and a better experience for loyalty members.
