Shoes and Clothes for Kids
Members of the Cinecraft team volunteered at Shoes and Clothes for Kids (SC4K) – the only non-profit organization in Greater Cleveland providing new shoes, clothes, and school supplies to students in need year-round.
But SC4K’s Free Store doesn’t simply provide new items. They inspire new outlooks!
By letting children pick out their new back-to-school outfits and supplies – a first for many of them – SC4K is breaking barriers to school attendance by building self-esteem and confidence in children.
Our team got to work organizing shelves of school supplies and clothes, counting and sorting boxes of newly-delivered items, and taking out the trash.
What a great organization! Getting new school clothes is such a big part of going back to school, so it’s great to know places like this are here to help.
