Car dealers practice converting phone calls to sales appointments in this series of realistic simulations.

Business Goal

Our client helps car dealers sell more cars by providing AI-assisted call tracking services. To increase sales of these services, our client recognized a need to teach dealers the importance of converting customer calls into appointments, leading to higher car sales.

Learning Strategy

We delivered a series of phone call simulations based on real calls so car dealers could practice using each step of our client’s CRISP method for converting calls to appointments. The simulations increase in difficulty by adding a timer and customer satisfaction meter. The training also includes a quick 2D-animated video to introduce CRISP and personalized remedial training based on our client’s AI phone call monitoring.
