Business Goal

A professional hygiene company sought to differentiate its high-quality products in distributors’ eyes, increase sales, and become distributors’ vendor of choice. Our client aimed to create a superior training experience to educate distributors about its products and help them identify opportunities in the foodservice industry.

Learning Strategy

Cinecraft delivered a series of realistic, immersive video simulations to prepare distributors for on-site customer visits. Distributors take a guided tour of a restaurant and practice making observations before asking a virtual customer questions to uncover pain points. Once those pain points are revealed, they present a solution.
