Business Purpose
- Educate nearly 100,000 employees of the advantages of making sound financial decisions regarding their benefits package
- Improve the financial gains employees receive from their financial benefits package in order to reduce turnover
Learning Strategy
- Design a scenario-based eLearning course that allows employees to make relevant financial decisions
- Deliver the content through reinforcement or corrective feedback to achieve a more active user experience.
- Create a theme called “The Game of Retirement” to provide the learner with intrinsic value to complete the “game”
