Learning Strategy

We interviewed their employees to determine exactly what onboarding elements would ensure their success. We discovered they needed to learn how to provide top notch customer service, resolve customer complaints, and pop some popcorn, all with confidence. Not surprisingly, we found the learning would be best delivered on mobile devices, so we designed the entire experience with that in mind.

  • A cinematic, animated introduction to the company
  • Tik-Tok-style videos that show how to do common job tasks
  • Behavioral modeling videos that show how to interact with customers
  • Interactive, video-based scenarios to practice customer interactions

Results

  • 10% reduction in turnover since implementing the program

Out of 5,100 learners:

  • 97.6% satisfaction with the training
  • 99.4% agreed that, “I have received the training I need to be successful in my role.”
  • 99.6% agreed that, “I found the job duties and work environment were as described.”
  • 99.1% agreed that, “I feel good about my decision to work here.”
