As long as the project scope stays within the Statement of Work, your price is locked.
Do you produce your eLearning using AI?
At Cinecraft, we believe great learning requires human empathy and individual expertise. Our instructional designers, graphic artists, and programmers are masters of their crafts. While we absolutely leverage modern AI tools to streamline our workflows, optimize code, or accelerate asset creation, AI will never replace our team’s creative soul, specialized strategy, and individual touch. Will we own the source files when the project is done?
Yes. Unlike vendors who try to lock you into proprietary platforms or ongoing maintenance fees, we hand over the full, published LMS package as well as the editable source files and raw assets upon request. We’ll even provide guidance on how your team can comfortably maintain and update the course internally.
Can you update or maintain our courses for us after launch?
We would love to. While you entirely own the source files, many of our long-term clients retain us to handle ongoing policy updates, new product releases, UI refreshes, or course optimization based on real-world learner feedback data.
