The 2024 Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards® recognizes best practices for initiatives in Learning and Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Sales Performance, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and the Future of Work.
The HCM Excellence Awards®, which are awarded annually by the prestigious Brandon Hall Group™, recognize the best learning and development (L&D) organizations around the world for outstanding learning and talent development programs.
For our work with Cinemark, we earned a silver award in the Best New Hire Onboarding Program category. This onboarding course for movie theater employees features Tik-Tok-style task demonstration videos, behavior modeling of customer interactions, and video-based practice scenarios to help new employees feel more prepared and engaged on their first day.
In partnership with CarWars, we earned a bronze award in the Best Program for Sales Training and Performance category. In this sales training course car dealers practice talking to customers in simulations that become increasingly difficult with game mechanics like a satisfaction meter and a timer. Artificial intelligence (AI) is used to provide additional feedback and direct learners to the appropriate practice simulation.

- Overall effectiveness, impact, and measurable benefits.
Excellence Award winners will continue to be honored at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference, January 28-30, 2025, at the Hilton West Palm Beach, Florida. Select winners will also serve as presenters in breakout sessions, sharing their leading practices during the conference.
