We needed to help our customer’s employees make informed decisions about their retirement savings plans, so we made it fun, engaging, and relevant.

Business Purpose

  • Educate nearly 100,000 employees of the advantages of making sound financial decisions regarding their benefits package
  • Improve the financial gains employees receive from their financial benefits package in order to reduce turnover

Learning Strategy

  • Design a scenario-based eLearning course that allows employees to make relevant financial decisions
  • Deliver the content through reinforcement or corrective feedback to achieve a more active user experience.
  • Create a theme called “The Game of Retirement” to provide the learner with intrinsic value to complete the “game”
